Booking & Cancelation/No Show/Reschedule Fee
A payment method (credit or debit card) is required to reserve your appointment time with Ian and will be collected at the time you make your reservation. Changes to your reservation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the appointment. In the event the reservation needs to be changed within 48 hours of the appointment, you agree that Ian may charge a booking fee if the reservation is unable to be filled with another client. In the event that your appointment is unable to be filled with another client, a standard booking fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service may be charged. All clients who confirm their reservations and subsequently No Call/No Show will be subject to the 50% standard booking fee without exception.
Reservation Appointment Time
Ian strives to provide the best experience to all clients. As a result, any client arriving greater than 15 minutes past their reserved appointment time may be required to reschedule to a later date, or in some situations receive an abbreviated version of the original service at Ian’s discretion based on the time remaining and the services requested. In general, reservations not involving a color service will be rescheduled, and hair services involving color may be adjusted. All appointments that are rescheduled due to late arrival may be subject to the standard booking fee.
Payment
​All major credit/debit cards are accepted and the preferred method of payment. Additional contactless options may be available. Cash is accepted as exact change only. Checks are not accepted as a form of payment.
Adjustments
Ian performs a thorough consultation with all clients prior to performing any service, and strives to meet your expectations. Communication during this consultation is vital to achieving the absolute best results, however, in the event you are unhappy with your service after you leave the salon, Ian must be notified within 3 days from your appointment time by filling out the online adjustment request form located here.
After filling out the Adjustment Request Form, you will be contacted within two business days to discuss your concerns and develop a plan to make any agreed upon adjustments. This may include one or more additional appointments based on the stylists’ professional evaluation of your concern. Please note, that although most adjustments can be made free of charge, additional services beyond the scope of adjustment of the original service/look may incur an additional charge, and these follow up appointments are subject to the cancellation policy. Ian does not offer refunds in lieu of adjustment.
